It’s important to us that you are happy with all your purchases from us. For this reason, all products go through a stringent quality control before being shipped to you. We take utmost care to package your goods so they arrive to you in a safe and timely manner. We do our best to describe the products to the best of our ability through words and pictures. Please ensure that you fully understand the product before buying.
Due to the personal nature of all of our essential oils and incense we do not issue returns or exchanges on these items.
To ensure the same quality of care to all our customers, we do not issue returns or exchanges on any of our products. We make sure that once any of these products are in the hands of other customers, away from the store – used, tested and worn by others before being returned to us – that they don’t ultimately end up in to the hands of the next buyer – who could be you.
