Did you know: Floribunda is a fairly new type of rose derived from crossing the hardy Polyantha Rose with the heavily fragrant Asiatic Tea Rose.
Note: We owe gratitude to the Silk Road for the survival of an old and venerable perfume-making method in India today.
Why is that noteworthy? The ancient practice of using stone fruit in perfumery is said to have originated in Uzbekistan. Although now defunct in its country of origin, this age old technique is still practiced in India today because of the ties formed during the trade routes between India and Central Asian cities in ancient times.
Ξ The roses in this oil are thornless and grow in north India. The original recipe (from the Uzbek city of Bukhara) would have used damask roses. This is due to the floribunda rose being a newer variety. Thornless roses are a symbol of eternal love while apricots represent loyalty.
Rest Assured: The roses and apricots in this oil are organically sourced. This oil is also free of glycerin, alcohol & fillers.

This essential oil is super concentrated and is meant to be applied neat in a very minute amount. Please exercise caution.
Please exercise caution if you are allergic to honey and bee products. Although the fermentation and steam-distillation process neutralizes much of the active allergens, we advise you to take precautions if utilizing this oil.
Apply minutely to wrists, bare shoulders, behind knees and your hair. Your choice!
Don’t want to wear it? No problem. Even by simply breathing the fragrance of the oil right from the bottle can have amazing therapeutic effects on the psyche! Try it!
Do dilute this essential oil in a carrier oil. Check out our Organic Apricot Kernel Oil. It is great for scent dilution. We suggest 2-3 drops of this essential oil with one ounce of Apricot Kernel Oil. However, if you think that the fragrance is still not as strong as you’d like, then go ahead and add more drops of the essential oil to the carrier until you have it just right.
Do use this essential oil in an oil diffuser to fragrance your living space. Consider our Copper Aromatherapy Burner. This burner requires very little oil to create an amazing aromatic experience. Simply add some water to the copper bowl, light a candle underneath and add a touch of oil to the water. You’re in scent heaven!

Although this oil is made to be worn on skin it may still cause skin irritation in some individuals; a skin test is highly recommended prior to use. Contact with eyes should be avoided. For external use only.
