Did you know: Tea roses were brought to India from China in the early 1800’s.
Note: Unlike damask roses, tea roses tend to be rather ‘fickle’ when it comes to their fragrance.
Why is that noteworthy? Tea roses smell slightly different every harvest making it challenging for perfumers as they cannot predict the scent like they can with other breeds of roses. However, it is also quite exciting as each and every batch of tea rose gives us something new and unique.
Rest Assured: All roses and fruit are sustainably harvested. This oil is free of all fillers.

I must find more tea roses!

I’m still figuring out this scent but I think that’s a great quality. It’s very complex and tropical fruity. The rose is there but not as I know it. I’m not as familiar with tea roses as I am with damascenas and others so didn’t know what to expect. I do however, love lychee fruit and was curious as to what I’ll find. I was not disappointed. The tea rose scent does come out once it sits on your wrist for a while and warms up. A very lovely find!!
