While they may look delicate, and some might even say demure, make no mistake, these blooms are known to pack quite the wallop when it comes to supersonic strength and tenacity. And as far as scents go – trust us when we say that the night queen reigns absolute supreme.

Did you know: Jasmine originated c. 3000 years ago in ancient Persia (modern day Iran). About 200 types exist throughout the world today.

Note: It takes approximately one tonne of Night Queen jasmine flowers to extract a mere twenty ounces of essential oil. Harvesting of flowers is done at nightfall and distillation is commenced immediately thereafter to ensure freshness. It goes without saying that jasmine is pricy stuff!

Why is that noteworthy? Its high cost renders jasmine a very coveted ingredient in perfumery today. In fact, besides ylang ylang, roses, lotus and patchouli, it is the most important flower in the Oriental classification of fragrance profiles in contemporary luxury scents distinguished by exotic, warm, sensuous accords.

Rest Assured: Jasmine flowers in this attar are sustainably wild harvested. The sandalwood oil is also sourced sustainably. The attar is devoid of alcohol & all fillers.

This essential oil is super concentrated and is meant to be applied neat, but in a very minute amount. Please exercise caution at all times.

Apply minutely to your wrists, bare shoulders, behind knees, elbows and your hair.

Don’t want to wear it? No problem. Even by simply breathing the fragrance of the oil right from the bottle can have amazing therapeutic effects on the psyche.

Consider diluting this essential oil in a carrier oil. Check out our Organic Apricot Kernel Oil. We suggest 2-3 drops of essential oil with our one-ounce bottle of Apricot Kernel Oil.

Try using this essential oil in an aromatherapy diffuser to scent your living space. Check out our Aromatherapy Copper Burner. This burner requires a very small amount of essential oil to create a beautiful aromatic experience.

Keep away from small children and pets.
