VINTAGE SANDALWOODNovember 8, 2019
Provenance: Gujarat State, Western India
A distinguished amber composition made with rich and earthy restoratives: saffron, henna, turmeric root, just to name a few. The heart of this fragrance is reminiscent of leather-bound books, ancient medicine boxes and bygone apothecaries. At first whiff you will find this amber somewhat reserved, even a bit sombre. A scent this complex doesn’t reveal itself too quickly. However, give it some time and you will find that all these roots and spices make magic together. Who knew the scent of old apothecaries could be this appealing?
