Return & Exchange Policy:
It’s important to us that you are happy with your purchase. For this reason, all our products go through a highly stringent quality control before being shipped to you. We take utmost care to package your goods so it arrives to you in a safe and timely manner. We do our best to describe the products to the best of our ability through words and pictures. Please ensure that you fully understand the product before purchase.
Due to the personal nature of all of our essential oils and incense we do not issue returns or exchanges on these items.
To ensure the same quality of care to all our customers, we cannot issue returns or exchanges on any of our products for any reason. We make sure that once any of these products are in the hands of other customers, away from the store – used, tested and worn by others before being returned to us for a refund or exchange – that they don’t ultimately end up in to the hands of the next buyer – who could be you.
WORKSHOP POLICIES: Due to the limited number of seats available for each workshop, we regret to be unable to refund workshop fees due to the customer’s inability to attend. We do, however, welcome you to elect someone else to attend the workshop on your behalf. If, for whatever reason, we have to cancel the workshop we will grant you full refund of your fee.
